The firm provides professional services to non-profits regarding Italian/International/Canonic/European law.

In particular the firm has handled the following cases:

  • Procedure of authorization of the Ministry of Interiors for the acceptance of donations made to Non-Profit according to former art. 17 of the civil code and to art. 5 of Disp. Prel.
  • Sale/Purchase of real estate located in Italy and worldwide, being responsible for all issues of administrative, civil, international and canonic law.
  • Labour issues within premises of Non-Profit.
  • Fiscal treatment of sale purchase/donation/merchandising, distribution, publishing, advertising contracts where a party is a religious order.        
  • Concession contracts between Non-Profit and the local and central government.
  • Equipment within premises owned by Non-Profit: limitation of liability.
  • Status of the Non-Profit and the Italian State and the European Union.
