| Client base: | Fortune 500, with a specific concentration of Fortune 100. |
| Adequate Resources: | We strive to maintain an adequate resource structure for the operations we are requested to follow |
| Commercial: | We consistently view the legal position of the Client with a commercial outlook. |
| Process Quality: | We have developed and implemented internal procedures, checklists, and diligent monitoring of our process. |
| Deadlines: | The fulfillment of deadlines is a guaranteed commitment and is of paramount importance. |
| Effectiveness: | We aim to provide effective and informative responses to Client questions. |
| Participation of a Partner: | The Partner supervises the production of every document and will be present throughout the stages of the deal until it closes. |
Professional services are offered 5 days a week and we are available for work on Saturdays and Sundays upon request depending on the urgency of the request.
No extra fees or surcharges shall be added for any extra days work.
Our business hours are from 9:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
